Warrnambool Bowls Club prides itself on providing locals and guests with a safe and enjoyable entertainment and sporting facility.
Along with club membership, Warrnambool Bowls Club offers Social Memberships which entitles members to enjoy our facilities and take part in our many promotions and raffles.

It remains a condition of entry into the Warrnambool Bowls Club Inc., as required under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, that the following conditions will apply to any persons entering into the Club premises.
Members
Must be a current financial Member of the Club in accordance with the Club Rules and must present their Membership Card upon entering the Club.
Guest of a Member
Must be signed in as a guest of a Member of the Club and remain the responsibility and in the company of that member for the duration of their visit.
Visitors
Must be an authorised Gaming Visitor which resides more than 10 kilometres radius from the Club.
All Guests of a Member or Visitors
Must be able to produce acceptable identification as specified below and show proof of their residential address.
Minors
Minors are classified as persons under the age of eighteen years of age which must be in the company of a responsible adult at all times. A responsible adult is deemed to be a person over the age of eighteen years of age and a spouse, parent, grandparent, stepparent or legal guardian of the minor.
Minors are not permitted in any Gaming areas of the Club and will not be permitted to be served or to consume alcohol at any time.

The Warrnambool Bowls Club maintains that the responsible service of alcohol is a responsibility shared by both the venue and the customer. For our part, we are committed to the service of alcohol to our customers in a professional and responsible manner, complying with all applicable laws and adhering to endorsed Liquor Service Codes of Practice. We recognize that alcohol abuse and alcohol consumption by minors are serious social issues. Our staff are trained in Responsible Service of Alcohol and actively promote responsible alcohol consumption by our customers. We also require current valid photographic proof of age identification to be provided by young adults before they are supplied with alcohol at our venue.

This venue is committed to the wellbeing of its patrons, employees and the wider community in which it operates.
It strives to deliver all its services in a responsible and sustainable manner providing the means for our patrons to have informed choices and to exercise a rational and sensible informed choice based on their personal and individual circumstances.
As part of this commitment, the venue has adopted a comprehensive Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct, and a Self-Exclusion Program, and will provide the necessary resources, both financial and human, to support the proper operation and fulfilment of the Code at these premises.

CCTV Policy
The Warrnambool Bowls Club is required to have CCTV systems in place. Signage is in place around the venue's entry areas to ensure patrons are informed of this before entering. CCTV footage is removed from our systems after 28 days.

• For the primary purpose for which it was obtained
• For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose
• If requested by government bodies outlined in the Victorian Liquor Licensing Act. (Victoria Police, State Police, Austrac, VCGLR Inspectors or other government-related agencies)
